The River Bend Business Park is a joint venture between Wellington Management, Inc. and The Port Authority of St. Paul. It is a ten-acre site situated between Shepard Road and the Mississippi River at Randolph Avenue in St. Paul. The development will include four buildings totaling up to 250,000 square feet. Pre-leasing has begun on the fourth building up to 65,000 square feet.
