Transforming the ChiroWay® Digital Presence with a Scalable WordPress and Franchise Ecosystem

ChiroWay® Franchise was founded in 2012 by Trent Scheidecker, DC. As both Founder and President, Trent has grown the organization from a single vision into a multi state franchise system. He also owns and operates the ChiroWay of Woodbury location, where he continues to serve members through personalized chiropractic care.
At the start of the year, ChiroWay® partnered with Queen Bee Media to elevate its digital presence. The project included a modern WordPress rebuild, a separate franchise website, automation improvements, custom mapping, podcast integration, and a dedicated news and updates site. Each piece was designed to support long term growth and improve user experience.
A WordPress Website Designed for Clarity and Growth
We followed the established ChiroWay® brand guidelines and created a clean and accessible layout. This structure guides visitors through their philosophy, membership model, and overall care experience. The updated content provided by Trent and the ChiroWay® team was organized to improve readability, boost engagement, and support stronger SEO results. As a result, the website now presents the ChiroWay mission in a clear and inviting way.
Development of a Separate Franchise Website
To support future expansion, we created a standalone franchise website at franchise.chiroway.com. This site provides clear information for future franchise owners and includes automated lead routing for inquiries. It also delivers a structured layout that maintains brand consistency and improves navigation. In addition, dedicated pages outline the franchise model, benefits, and requirements.
Integration of the Today’s TIC Chiropractic Podcast
ChiroWay® produces ongoing podcast content through the Today’s TIC Chiropractic Podcast, which features conversations about chiropractic care, wellness, and the ChiroWay® philosophy. We integrated all podcast blog posts into the new website and connected each episode to their Apple Podcasts and Spotify listings. This gives visitors a central place to explore episodes, subscribe to the show, and learn more about the principles behind ChiroWay care. The podcast library also strengthens SEO by adding consistent educational content that builds authority and trust.
Online Appointments and Automated Email Notifications
To improve convenience for new and returning visitors, we added online appointment scheduling for every location. Clients can reserve a session quickly and easily. We also implemented automated email notifications that send current location based discounts. This helps encourage return visits and improves engagement across centers. Additionally, franchise inquiries are automatically routed to the correct team members for faster follow up.
Custom Zip Code Mapping for ChiroWay Near Me
A key feature of the project was the custom zip code mapping tool. This tool identifies the nearest ChiroWay® location within a ten mile radius and helps visitors find care quickly. It also supports local SEO by improving visibility for each franchise center. The ChiroWay Near Me page reinforces their accessibility and highlights their growing presence.
Chiropractic News and Updates Site
To support educational growth and search visibility, we developed chiropractic.chiroway.com as a dedicated content hub. New categories, tagging, and schema markup were added to improve how the content performs in search engines. This platform allows ChiroWay to share updates, articles, and wellness insights more effectively.
Custom Forms Built with Gravity Forms
We developed several Gravity Forms to support internal workflows. These include franchise inquiry forms, general contact forms, and location specific forms. Each form routes directly to the correct franchise owner or department. As a result, communication is faster and more efficient.
Full SEO Optimization for Every Page and Location
SEO was an essential part of this project. Queen Bee Media completed a full SEO overhaul that included enhanced Yoast configuration, detailed page optimization, local SEO for each franchise location, and redirect cleanup. Structured metadata, schema enhancements, and strategic internal linking were also added. These improvements create a strong foundation for long term search performance.

The project began in February and included development of the main ChiroWay® website, the franchise site, automated workflows, custom mapping functionality, podcast integration, and the dedicated news platform.
